Flor Martinez is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters Degree in Manufacturing from Virginia Tech.

She is currently working for Kaiser Permanente as a Project Manager. Flor has been with Kaiser for 7 years and has held a number of jobs with process improvement and project management functions.

In her current role, Flor is managing a new hire on-boarding project for her organization. Previously managed projects include Payroll printing outsourcing and local Payroll check printing enhancements.

Before working for Kaiser, Flor worked for American Express as an Industrial Engineer (Six Sigma Blackbelt) in a call-center environment on projects ranging from metrics evaluation to unnecessary call-volume reduction.

Flor moved to the Los Angeles area from Portland, Oregon in 2006. She is VP Marketing on the Board of PMI CIE. Flor also likes to cook, jog and check the LA hang-outs.
