Kent Truong, President PMICIE, is currently Vice President, Project Support Manager, in the Operational Risk Management Division at PFF Bank & Trust located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. There, he manages project support office for the Bank, providing guidance and assistance to project managers on various bank initiatives.

Prior to his post at PFF Bank & Trust, Kent served as Assistant Vice President and Corporate Manager for Commercial Federal Bank (Bank of the West) in Omaha, Nebraska. At Commercial Federal Bank, he managed various project initiatives, from product, to service development, to system implementation and conversion.

Kent obtained his BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and earned his MBA from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He obtained his PMP certification after attending a workshop offered by PMICIE in 2004.

Kent has now been practicing project management in the financial services industry for the past nine years.
