How often have you seen Scrum Masters or Coaches that are laser-focused on following the nuts and bolts of Scrum? Surprisingly, the teams do not come together, and effectiveness is not increasing. Sound familiar? People usually call them “purists”. While they may have good intentions, these people might be doing a disservice to the Scrum community. That’s because Scrum is a lightweight, non-prescriptive framework. In this presentation, Sasha Frumkin will explain how Scrum Teams and organizations not only comprehend the ‘Hows’ of Scrum, but first focus on the ‘Whys’ and ‘Whats’ of Scrum. As a result, these Scrum Teams and organizations will be able to figure out their ‘Hows’ and tap into the overall power of Scrum. Learning Objectives include how to answer:
