Speaker Bio

Andrea Marshall is the Founder of Marshall Consulting and her professional journey weaves through education, project management, and positive psychology.  Starting her career as a math and physics teacher, she enjoyed eight years teaching both children and adults. A desire to challenge herself in new ways led to transition into project management. Her goal is clear: empower business leaders and project professionals with the knowledge and skills to foster a culture of well-being, leading to happier individuals and more successful project outcomes."          

Andrea earned her PMP in 2013 and continued to grow, obtaining her CSM and Lean credentials. She has successfully navigated the intricacies of IT, hardware, software, and enterprise system projects, assuming leadership roles that extend beyond project management to guide high-performing teams.  In additiona, a deep-seated commitment to high performance and human well-being led her to pursue certification as an Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner. To learn more about Andrea please check out her LinkedIn Profile and her website.
