Presentation Speaker
Bryan Campbell, PMP & SAFe SPC
Presentation Abstract
Hybrid Project Management is a brilliant evolution in the PM toolkit, especially when navigating today's fast-paced, ever-shifting project landscapes. One-size-fits-all development approaches don't exist anymore because you have to 'tailor' each of your development approaches to your specific 'project' and 'product' scenarios. This is where Hybrid Project Management Comes. In this presentation, Bryan Campbell will explain in detail what is meant by Hybrid Project Management, its pros and cons, and how various project management and product development best practices and principles can be blended to achieve success in today's ever-changing and complex global business environment. Learning Outcomes include answers to the following questions:
- What is meant by Hybrid Project Management?
- What are the benefits of Hybrid Project Management?
- What challenges and complexities may be encountered in Hybrid Project Management?
- How can Hybrid Project Management be successfully implemented?
